Subscription Agreement – PesTown

SUBSCRIBER

The individual or business entity that purchases a subscription through the PesTown platform (the Subscriber) is a party to this agreement with the name, address, email, and billing information provided during registration and purchase.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Subscriber's access to and use of the PesTown software-as-a-service platform, purchased electronically through the PesTown website.

3. Service Information

The selected subscription plan (Solo / Starter / Pro / Enterprise), billing cycle (monthly or annual), applicable fees, and any applicable taxes are clearly displayed to the Subscriber on the payment screen prior to purchase. The agreement is formed upon the Subscriber's confirmation of payment.

4. Payment

Payments are collected via credit or debit card through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Subscription fees renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. PesTown does not store card details on its own servers.

5. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

6. Refunds

Refunds may be issued at PesTown's sole discretion in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. To request a refund, contact hello@pestown.com within 30 days of the charge. See also Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English.

8. Acceptance

By completing the payment step, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Subscription Agreement.
