PesTown ("Platform") provides pest control management software. As the data controller, we are responsible for your personal data. For any questions please contact hello@pestown.com.

2. Data We Collect

We process the following personal and business data through the Platform:

  • Account information: Full name, email address, phone number, password (stored encrypted)
  • Business information: Company name, tax ID, address
  • Customer data: Customer names, addresses, phone numbers and service history — processed on behalf of the account holder
  • Operations data: Applied chemicals, job reports, technician notes
  • Technical data: IP address, browser info, session logs

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing the Platform service and account management
  • Fulfilling contractual obligations
  • Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Security, debugging and platform improvement
  • Processing invoices and payments

4. Data Retention and Security

Your data is stored encrypted on Supabase infrastructure. Passwords are never stored in plain text. If you delete your account, personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Third-Party Sharing

Your data is not shared, sold or rented to any third party for commercial purposes, except to infrastructure providers necessary for service delivery (Supabase, Vercel). These providers process data solely for service delivery under their own privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to know whether your personal data is being processed
  • The right to access your personal data
  • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • The right to request deletion of your data
  • The right to object to processing and request remedies

The Platform uses only essential cookies for session management. No analytics or marketing cookies are used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Platform functionality.
